upon arrival and install it seems great. No wiring diagram though
Wiring diagram would have save me a few minutes. I did a simple google search and figured it out. Works good, seems like good construction. Its only day one but I give it 5 star ATM. If down the road it sucks Ill update my review.

Easy hookup
I added this remote to my winch for more reach and works perfectly!

Doesn't work correctly
The controller initially seemed like it was going to be very easy to connect and use. However, nothing worked when I first connected it to my winch contactor. After opening up the case, I discovered that the internal wiring was incorrect since the battery pos & neg wires would only connect with the up button and there was no power when pushing the down button. It was a simple fix that only required me to swap two of the wires. The buttons started working after making that correction, however, they would only work if I pushed and held them in a very specific way. The controller is virtually unusable with this problem.

It works
Magnets are powerful enough. Cord is on the stiff side. The copper wire is fine, 18 - 20 gauge.
