They work great for the price. Just ignore the review from Cody as he obviously has no clue how to connect them. All of mine work fine and no other review mentioned any defective ones. You get the Pots, knobs, washers and nuts, everything needed.As an Amateur Radio operator, I design and build my own equipment. These potentiometers are used experimenting with Arduino and also with 12V LED strips (in 3 LED sections) to illuminate meters and dials.

Good pots, but there were 2 duds in the package.
I had 2 bad pots out of the 10 I received. When they work, they work great.

I like the feel of the knob as it turns, and the pot just plugged right into my circuit with no changes -- other than the pins fit better into the breadboard than its predecessor...

I needed to replace 5 pots off of my Line6 POD 2.0 - although not exact match for replacing the longer shaft pots on the POD, they worked out just fine.

Bought these for tinkering with Arduino. Haven't tried all of them but the one I'm using works. They were packed securely and the case is a nice touch.

Saving 890 Green backs.. on my miller 250DX Tig Runner Options.
The first 8 I pulled tested out with a random test sample of with Miller 250DX Pulser and Sequencer Schematics data on a Test load. I tested with constant load of . 5 Watt Average Accuracy over all 20 (19) is 18.2% (1 failure) over all This is acceptable product for money spent and saved. -1 Star no because of jittery spikes and 1 failure out of the box no read CW rotation.. Will try come contact cleaner / lube (Update Contact Cleaner/Lube Helped a Little) but not gonna be welding and adjusting these at the same time So far this is an Ok product for doing a proof of concept or prototype typing but pushing the 20% Tolerance at .5A

I have only used 10 of them but tested all 20. Everything works as it should. Will buy from this seller again.

Looks good, but bad packing, bent pins.
As you can see in the other photos, the just jam the pots in the box, and several of mine arrived with bent pins at random angles due to closing the lid while they were sticking up. You can nicely and neatly organize the pots and caps in the box, they just did not. No problems with actual function yet, just had to straighten the legs out.
