Durable
This 5 gallon jug is very durable. I smashed it with my truck door and it still held up. Also when it was empty with the cap on it in below zero temps, it caved in on itself, but did not damage it.. I just took the cap off and it popped back to normal. Another time a full jug froze solid in -20 degree temps in my garage. No damage. After that I made sure to bring them inside in long spells of zero degree weather. Make sure to purchase the reusable silicone 55 crown caps. Caps are not Included. Make sure to rinse with bleach or vinegar before first use and after each use. Made in USA and designs vary.

Brio water products
Bought this to use with my Brio water dispenser, fits perfectly inside and easy to refill at the local market. I like that this has a handle, makes lifting and maneuvering much easier. The price is a little steep, but it's a nice, quality water jug.

Damaged on arrival
Looks like a good product, but arrived damaged with a large dent and scratches on the bottle. Ordered a replacement and it was also damaged similarly. The shipping box was fine and it appears to be poor quality control by the manufacturer.
