Great for Sensitive Skin
This detergent has been a lifesaver for me. I have developed very sensitive skin and have struggled with finding a detergent that I can use other than baby detergent, however baby detergent doesn't get my clothes as clean and fresh as I need, especially if I have to wash my work out clothes. This detergent provides an excellent clean and freshens my work out clothes - no residual sweat odor's. I also love that it is safer for the environment. Win Win.

Like these
I like these because there’s so much less waste. Clothes were clean and smelled good. The only issue was the softener powder leaves a residue in my washer and on dark colors.

Have to use extra pods
I have been trying to be greener-- this is the second one I've tried that doesn't come in a huge plastic container. I have always used the smell test to see how clean my laundry is. If I just use 2-4 pods my clothes smell ok out of the washer but after being dried they still smell dirty. I have to use 5-6 pods in my old high efficiency front loader. The clean smell doesn't last very long. But at least what I wear smells ok at the end of the day, and, the towels are ok after one use. I have an 11 year old already very stinky boy and it gets rid of his funk. I was using scent boosters since the other brand also didn't have much of a scent (I used 2 sheets per load of the other brand and at least they didn't smell dirty) but this detergent wipes that out. I like that the container they come in is recyclable cardboard. The sheets came in a lined paper box and we don't have that type of recycling where I live. So I'm questioning the value but I still like it.Addendum: I noticed it works better in hot water. I generally wash in cold or warm, again, to be more environmentally conscious, but in cold this detergent is weak.

Love this stuff! Works amazingly well. I have To use two pods per load since I usually Wash a weeks worth of clothes at one time.

Love these but not super great for dark loads and top-load washer.
I love these and will keep purchasing them because it's one of the easiest sustainability moves for me! They're convenient and the scent lasts but isn't overpowering. Still, I've found that they leave detergent residue on dark loads with my top level washer. To their credit, so does the regular unscented liquid detergent my family uses that can be poured into the dispenser in the machine that supposedly helps reduce this issue, but the specific downside to this style of detergent (pods) is that you can't cater it to the laundry size. My washer's an HE appliance on top of being a top-load machine so a little detergent goes a long way and it's hard to find the perfect ratio for detergent to load size to prevent the residue issue. My usual go-to solution is to use the extra rinse cycle, but I still end up with residue on my black leggings which is always annoying. Probably my fault for having a lot of black clothing in my wardrobe, but still, I'm left forever hoping to find a detergent that doesn't do this.

Quitting them - Lingering Unpleasant Odor
I've been using Dropps for about a year now, but I'm quitting them. They have a lot of positives, but we've encountered a huge negative: lingering stink. For large loads of laundry I was using 2 Fresh packets and 1 Oxy b/c my boys clothes stink. Several times, we've grabbed a sweatshirt that was washed a few months ago, and it reeks like a spoiled towel. My husband noticed it and thought something in his closet was causing the smell. We finally figured out it's the laundry detergent. The clothes smell good when they've been freshly washed, but if you leave them, the odors reappear. Onto finding the next "clean" laundry detergent...

Great eco friendly option!
This is one of the few plant based detergents that actually works to get the sweat smell from our gym clothes. It’s very gentle on my sensitive sink. No residue left on clothes either. Plus I really love that it is biodegradable and low waste. And with them being pre-measure pods no fuss about how much to use, so easy!
