I purchased this shower cap, after corresponding directly via email with Dilly’s in Australia. I had a few questions regarding the product prior to placing my order. Dilly’s customer service is wonderful; efficient, friendly, and professional. After years of buying many different brands of shower caps, I highly recommend Dilly’s. Although the price point is higher, the quality is definitely worth it. The cap is very well made with a soft absorbent lining, with many design fabric choices. Also, the fact that it can be washed will extend it’s life. The cap fits snugly and although it seemed tight at first, it was because I was used to wearing looser caps that didn’t keep the humidity and moisture out. This cap is now very comfortable to wear and protects my hair from the steam and humidity of a hot shower. After use, I just hang it on a hook and it is dry for the next day’s use. For days that you don’t wash your hair, Dilly’s shower caps are a big time saver for hair styling!

Best shower cap I've ever owned. The band does create a snug fit. No problem for me, but I got my sister one and she said it's too tight for her head. She has less hair than I do, so it must be she has a bigger head! But for me, it's great. No leaking around the band, and protection against the bathroom humidity for my curly hair. Plus, it is so cute! I've used shower caps all my life. I have fun with them and only get "fancy caps."

I have been looking for a shower cap that would actually cover all my hair and most that I've found in the stores have been super small. This one is great and it covers my entire head to include those baby locks that would normally fall out of the regular caps. It is extra nice that it has a microfiber liner to ensure that your hair stays dry. I would recommend this to anyone especially those that have locs.

I was looking for a shower cap which covered my hair and did not get wet. With most of the shower cap that I have used the hair absorbs moisture when I take bath and get wet. With this shower cap no. Squeeze around your face enough to keep moisture out. My hair is kept straight for longer. It’s made with a high quality material and you can wash it. The hair stays dry during the bath. I loved!

Pro: well stitched around the cap.Outer layer: nice satin like material used to create this good looking hair cap. Middle layer: not sure. Inner layer: fine terrycloth Con: You should not wet the cap (even it has a warning which comes with it). Inside volume is not that big so you cannot use with any extras such as rollers. I stood in the shower sticking my head out of the shower head so it does not get wet. After a while I got tired of doing that. Therefore my back side of neck could not be washed as good. It would be perfect if the outer layer was waterproof.

Honestly I'm surprised to read so many different reviews for this product. I absolutely love mine! I use it both when I'm washing my hair and when I'm not. When I wash my hair I can put my hair to dry in the micro fiber towel cap to dry and not frizz or get my clothes wet as I'm getting ready. If I'm not washing my hair I wear it in the shower and it absolutely protects against frizzing from water. I guess some reviews write about how you can't dunk your entire head in the shower with this cap but I personally never did that with any shower cap for fear of getting my hair wet so... I don't really see the issue... And mine dries within the next time I need to use it as long as I flip it inside out and hang it. Honestly really love this product and ordered another for my mother who also loves it! Thank you Dilly's collection!!

The pattern is nice and it's comfortable but it's rather useless at keeping my hair dry. It's lined with microfiber which extends to the outside edge of the cap, forming the band. But the exposed microfiber wicks the water inside. For a while, I thought I just wasn't tucking the hair at the nape of my neck in well enough, because it always is totally wet, but I finally realized the wicking problem. (Only took me a year! Duh!) I literally wring it out when I'm finished using it. It's as wet as a washcloth. Instructions say not to stand under the showerhead with it on. That's a pretty stupid design flaw for a shower cap! Not sure what the point of it is. So, I'm back on Amazon looking for a better designed product. This one came up in my search and I thought perhaps I could save someone else the trouble.

I wanted to try this out since I like to take a shower daily but not always wash my hair. I was skeptical at first, thinking it wouldn’t fit properly or maybe it would be too big and allow too much water in. I was wrong! This works great! For me and my younger children! It fits snugly and doesn’t allow water to get in.
