The back will stay clear, but all TPU yellows over time with exposure to lotions, skincare products, sweat, and sunlight. To ensure your case remains clear as long as possible, regularly clean and dry your case, and avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight.

It doesn’t cover the lens, just cover the sides.. by stand is strong and holds well

Well you can buy the clear case but just like other cases it will oxidise and the sides will turn yellow. If you don’t mind spending a bit more, go for the apple clear case - that’s a one time investment and will easily last you for years and that case doesn’t turn yellow. Hope this helps !
