Pros- Crunchy, vegan, protein packed. Salty but not too high in sodium. Low sat fat! Cons - a little pricey but I don't mind because its guilt free!!

These have a light flavor and are pretty airy. As many others have mentioned the shells have separated from the dried edamame, however they are tasty.

I bought the Thai chili flavor and there is hardly any flavor. It is not spicy at all. It is salty and crunchy. Not terrible, but I am disappointed by the flavor.

These are crunchy with the right amount of salt. It helps keep me on track with the 11 g of protein per serving.

I tried these at a friend’s house and looked for these in stores. Couldn’t find it but on Amazon. Love the taste. Good snack.
