Very interesting game, flicking (physics based, cooperative)
I have never had a flicking game before, but I really like Flick em up Dead of Winter. The theme is zombies, but it isnt scary or gross, so kids can enjoy it. The game takes about an hour to assemble for the first time. The only thing I had problems with was the clock that goes on the RV. I put some tape on both sides wrapped around the inside of the clock that goes over the RV. The tape will then hold it in place easy.Things that I like;charactersvariety of weapons and how each weapon type is used differently and the physics determines when it should be used. The artwork is very nice and everything has a consistent theme.Things that I didnt likeThere were some rules that were confusing. I watched a play through before purchasing the game, then read the rule book before putting it together, then I played it. I missed the one part in the rule book that states when a loud action happens, stand up all zombies before the zombie rush. I missed this little rule that made the game impossible. I did find a forum online that explained the rule, and I will say that I am not the only one to miss this one.I played it again, correctly this time, and I have to say that it is really fun.The shotgun spray is impressive and takes a lot of zombies, and scenery out!The rifle is a great long shot weapon. The knife is very useful for the stealthy players that dont want 3 zombies running at them all game.I really like how each weapon acts in ways that are true to the real weapons. There is enouugh variety that you can play to your style and enjoy the game. There is a time (round) limit for each game, but I suggest doing whatever is fun for you, extend the rounds if you need to. It does add an element of excitement trying to get to the RV and kill enough zombies before the rounds are over. This is a must have, especially for the price!

For around $20 this is a no brainer.
This is good for someone that is not a deep gamer, loves zombies, or cooperative games. I gave this to a friend across country and even though he has not played this game yet or possible never will he loves it. Some people might feel that a game of killing zombies would not be safe for children but it does not have gore the rules are simple enough for kids to learn and it is fun making mistakes are pressing your luck.

Give flick em up games a chance.
Ok I am not gonna lie I was like "a flicking game" what does that even mean? Does not sound like a family friendly thing if you know what I mean.... That is not the case at all! This is actually really fun for family game night and the zombie theme will be a hit if anyone or everyone loves walking dead series. Dexterity games are pretty much a role playing hockey puck hybrid. You flick a disc and you have to hit the zombies, really simple but you put survival n rpg elements and you have a huge hit! Not easy to learn so if you play with a group play a couple times so you can explain the game.

A fun dexterity game for the family!
A very fun game from the dead of winter universe. I do play this with my 11 year old. It’s very easy to play. The theme is strong, and the components are of good quality. The scenarios are well thought out. The only con to this game is the set up time. It does take a while to set up. Knowing this I still give this game a 5 star!

Super fun game, lots of replay value.
Really fun game one of my new favorites. First off it took about an hour to construct the first setup (applying stickers mostly to roughly 30ish pieces, and a lot of tiny ability and item pieces) but it’s all worth it because it’s a very simple yet deep game. Once you understand the basic gameplay (which they do a decent job of establishing in the first few scenarios) you can jump right into it and even explain as you go to other people that want to join into an existing game! Would definitely recommend.

13 year old birthday present.
Fun mix of Flick em Up and Dead of Winter. My son received this as a birthday present and he really enjoys it. Our family enjoys the original Flick em up and would have liked it if this one was wood instead of plastic. The scenario book teaches you the game as you play through them. Hopefully they will eventually release an expansion but I doubt it will happen.

Gaming!
I dislike video games when used constantly, however the kids seem to have a natural knack at winning these games. My grandson said he enjoyed learning this game and beating his dad's butt!

Great great game!
First flicking game. Really enjoyed this and it looks amazing set up on the table. This game is so much fun to play and challenging enough to keep us coming back to it.
