Got it, set it up and stood on it. It worked. then I installed the App, which for some reason they linked through an insecure site. phone didn't like that. After reading thoroughly, I was able to get to google play store and get it installed. Set up an account signed into the App, stood on the scale and voilà, it call me fat and told me I was going to die sooner than later.

The scale itself is really nice, premium quality, and super sleek. Solid glass, looks sharp, wakes up instantly when you stand on it, and is overall great. The scale's own screen is only capable of showing your weight. To see any "body composition" data and estimates of other metrics, you will need to download the "Aifit" app from the App Store and connect it via bluetooth. Unfortunately, it's a pretty mediocre app, so I have opted to just use this as a standard scale, which is a function that it serves pretty well. If you're really set on an app-connected scale, I would probably spend a bit more and get something from a brand like Withings, WYSE, or Eufy with a better app.

This scale works great! I had another smart scale that synced with my Wi-Fi, but it stopped working when we moved the router. A friend told me about this scale. It syncs via Bluetooth. It works perfectly. I love the accuracy, the reports, and, most of all, the excellent quality for the price. You can't beat this scale. I highly recommend it.

this scale is not that good because it does not always repeat making me wonder which reading was right. Also the app is a little sketchy. Its too late to return.

This must be my fourth smart health scale in less than 2-3 years. The first one started corroding and took way too many batteries. But after spending quite a bit of time and money on these scales, what I am looking for is a quick and easy way to monitor changes in my weight. It should not be a chore and it should work with and without a phone effortlessly. This Taylor Smart Scale checks all of these boxes. The accompanying app to store and view all of the smart data is quite easy to use and add new reading to. What I found to be troublesome with other scales it the fact that doing the additional reading (BMI, BFR, water, body mass, etc.) often take several seconds to complete and a few moments to push to the phone. What I found this scale to excel at is the easy of setup and speediness of readings. In less than 10 seconds, another data point is captured. Build quality-wise, the scale looks and feels a bit plasticky underneath and one of the metal clips is not well aligned. However, the part that I interact with does feel like a nice glass and the weight measurements are very easy to read. Like with many things in fitness/health, I found that any additional step has to be easy, otherwise I am not going to take it.

Once I got these I downloaded the app and linked it up. It works very well and the app is great! It’s close to the DRs scales, only off about 5 ounces! That’s a winner in my book!!
