Q: What are the easiest ways to cut it?

I used a table saw for the long straight cuts, and a fine tooth metal jig saw blade for curves. And for short radius curves I had to use a drimmal to get into fine detailed spot. When using a it's good to have sacrificial under support such as thin ply wood to prevent some vibration during cut.

Q: Can this be heated with boiling water for shaping if you don't have a heat gun?

I had to heat it with a gun. I don't think hot water will give you the desired result.

Q: What glue to use for strong seams? making a small prototype of special shaped box. looks are important too. thanks!

The JB WELD line of products includes "PlasticWeld Quick-Setting Epoxy". I haven't used it on this particular plastic sheet but it should be a good candidate. You may need to experiment. I've used the JB on other projects with good results.
