Such a great product for a reasonable price. Sturdy, good quality, fast shipping, easy to use. My son loves it! It’s perfect for traveling since you can attach the wheels and I love the fact that you can take them off when you don’t need them. Definitely recommend!

This bag arrived in "used" condition. It had no tags or instructions on how to attach wheels to the backpack and the wheels were worn. Inside the bag I found a valentines day card for a child...this was a gift and I did not have time to return it and request a new, unused bag.Since there were no instructions with this item we guessed on how to assemble. There is a velcro strap on the back of the backpack and another at the bottom of the backpack that attaches to the wheel frame. The strap on the back of the bag does not attach very well to the wheel handle and will pull off if you pick the loaded backpack up by the backpack strap.

I found this backpack to be utterly useless as a rolling backpack. The Velcro that holds the the backpack to the wheels isn’t nearly strong enough to keep it attached. I can fasten it as strongly as possible, and after 1 block, it completely detaches. I’ve now spotted other kids going to/from school with rolling backpacks that I can see do not have this Velcro contraption; I will be going for that in the future. One caveat, we live in NYC and my kids walk to/from school which is about 3/4 of a mile each way. Maybe this is just a backpack that’s designed for suburban kids who are getting driven to/from school and it’s really only designed for school hallways, etc.

I love the bag my teenage daughter was in a car accident and has fractured bones in her back. I brought this because she can roll it and it’s very sturdy and big enough for her things. We didn’t have the book bag set up right so it kept tipping over but once we looked at other reviews and seen the hole where the luggage bar slips through on the back of the bag it was history! So far it was worth every penny!

My son used the traditional backpack before, he has 7 fiction, 7 non fiction, 2 composition and his water bottle in his backpack for he school needed, almost 10 pound for all of them. It's really heavy for a 7 years old child, and he went to school by walk everyday. Then when I saw other kids had this kind backpack, I can't wait, I was bought it for him immediately.I'm glad I bought this rolling backpack for him, he looks very happy.

Barely lasted 9 months. The stand is not a stand. My child had such a hard time because it would not stand on its own if let go. Especially with our American size large textbooks it’s not a good rolling backpack for elementary students

My son broke his collar bone. The doctor stated he has to use a rolling backpack. I bought this one because the size was perfect for a 7 years old. I'm disappointed. This product is poorly mad. The roller doesn't attach well to the backpack. The velcro is not strong enough. The velcro is already ripping. Also. It falls over so easy, does not stay up. Bottom part is not attached well. Just 2 weeks used. Cute but bad quality.

Haven't had a chance to use it yet. But once I put it together, I really like the design and engineering of the backpack.

Note that the roller is not built into the bag. So, unfortunately, the velcro that holds the bag to the roller keeps coming loose and the bag falls off regularly during the day and has to be refastened. Not for kids with heavy books, perhaps ok for light items. Disappointed that I will have to purchase another one.

Finally I got this one. It’s was shipped somewhere else that first order. Very good quality as expected. Now my little one so much like to travel with it.
