So I have gotten the red ones at the store for my toilet and this worked so much better for the aqua source unit. I’m glad I looked it up instead of going to the hardware store and buying a universal one.

This is the only flapper that I have found that work on the bottom line Lowes toilet's.

Easy install, fits perfectly for my AquaSource tank.

These flapper valves were virtually an exact replacement for the ones that came with my toilet and had worked well for years. As happens with flappers, the old ones had hardened and weren't sealing as well as they used to. Because they had hardened and had no remaining flexibility to remove them, I had to cut off the old flappers at their attachment points with sharp, good quality diagonal cutters, which was somewhat difficult because of the location in the tank and the limited accessibility. Once the old flapper was removed, it was a simple matter to put on the new flexible one. It works and seals very well and is constructed with better, thicker material than most of the other brands. I highly recommend this brand. This is a similar design to the Mansfield 630-0207 Univ Flapper valve, but I think the Mansfield is somewhat better, primarily because it can be adjusted using different inserts to control the flush. The trouble is that the Mansfield is twice the cost, which may be worth the increase in some toilets, but the overall function and sealing are basically the same. I have both and use the Mansfield flappers in my Mansfield toilets, although I would use the BlueStars in the Mansfield toilets if the Mansfield flappers were not readily available.
