I wish I could say I loved this as much as I wanted to. First, I wanted the word I chose to be lower case, “mama”. I wrote it exactly that way in my order. When it came the word was capitalized, “Mama”. Just a personal preference I didn’t like the way the capitalized M looked - hence why I ordered it in all lower case letters.I emailed the seller about this and they offered to remake it as a courtesy. A courtesy!? It wasn’t made right, that’s not a courtesy, that’s correcting their mistake. And I had to pay for shipping to send the incorrect one back. Not cool seller, not cool.Happily I can say I received what I actually ordered pretty quickly. However with both necklaces I received the clasp is on the left side of the chain. Which is great if you are left handed. Sadly, I am not. It’s impossible to put on/or take off this necklace alone. *Since the word has to be facing a certain way or it will be backwards there is not an option just flip it around.Huge positive is the quality. Very well made and very pretty.

If you're looking for a seller based in the USA that is selling a nice quality product, try this one. I hunted all over the web for a name necklace that was real silver and nicely made. It's not easy to find! This is very cool because of the hammered texture finish. The clasp also has a small dangling silver charm showing the maker's name that makes it look more expensive than it is. It came in a gift box and was delivered in 2 days on Prime. Really pleased with this.

I love it! Aside from the fact that it was packaged beautifully (and carefully) and that it arrived in three days from the time I ordered it (!!!!), the necklace is beautiful! The script is exactly as it appeared in the preview when I went to customize it. And I love the hammered metal look. The plate itself seems sturdy, despite how thin and delicate it looks. Really, I can't find one single negative thing to say about this!

I have wanted a necklace like this for a while but the stars aligned with this one making me actually go through with the purchase. The price was great, I could get the length and metal I wanted and it was unique with the hammering.It arrived in promptly in what could easily be a gift box and was absolutely beautiful in the box. I chose the sterling silver. I put it on immediately and received several compliments for the first few days.My complaint is that even though I do wear 24/7, the necklace is no longer shiny...at all. I have only had it 2 weeks. I have some sterling silver cleaner but I don't know if I will mess it up worse.

I really like my necklace, I have forgotten many times to take it off at night when I go to bed and take showers and no tarnish.
