Clearly not brand new
When I looked at the box this webcam came in, it was clear that it had been opened. However , I could not believe it when I look inside the box; there was no USB lead as it had been cut off the camera at some point. The webcam had been sold to me as new and it clearly was not, damaged and unusable.

No problems with this at all.
Clear picture, good sound, lots of mounting options, plus a privacy shutter. Don’t understand the negative comments. It's a great quality camera which dues the job just fine. Plug n play in Windows or OSx.

Not as good as Streamcam
I bought Brio500 to complement my Streamcam to have 2 angle view. Brio500 was visibly worse webcam. Looks like Streamcam has superior glass lens which makes the biggest difference. Although these are webcams from tha same company I could not match the colour. Brio500 returned. I think I either go for another Streamcam or try Facecam from Elgato. Logitech disappointed with the newer Brio500.

Fantastic Product
I bought this for my husband who does a lot of online meetings. His office is dark, and this webcam significantly improved the lighting and sharpness of the image.

Top-Qualität – perfekte Ergänzung zu Logitech Maus & Tastatur
Die Logitech Brio 500 ist eine großartige Full-HD-Webcam mit beeindruckender Bildqualität. Die automatische Lichtkorrektur sorgt dafür, dass man auch bei weniger optimalen Lichtverhältnissen klar und deutlich zu sehen ist. Besonders praktisch finde ich den Zeigemodus und die Rauschunterdrückung der Mikrofone – perfekt für Videokonferenzen und Streaming. Die Webcam lässt sich super einfach per USB-C anschließen und funktioniert problemlos mit Microsoft Teams, Zoom & Google Meet. Auch die Webcam-Abdeckung ist ein tolles Feature für mehr Privatsphäre. Da ich bereits eine Logitech-Maus und -Tastatur nutze, passt sie perfekt ins Set. Absolute Empfehlung für alle, die Wert auf Qualität und Benutzerfreundlichkeit legen!

Non refundable item!
Bought this with the intention of it working with Windows Hello. It didn’t. Contact seller and it says cannot be refunded. To contact LogiSupport. Contacted LogiSupport and they claim it is not supported despite all their documentatIon saying it is compatible with Windows Hello. Waste of time and money

Top-Webcam mit wenigen kleinen Kritikpunkten
Die Brio 500 wurde von meinem Windows 11-PC sowie sämtlichen relevanten Anwendungen sofort erkannt und die Bildqualität ist exzellent. Selbst bei schummrigen Lichtverhältnissen zeigt sie sehr gute Resultate (dann natürlich etwas verrauscht). Bei normalem Tageslicht ist das Full HD-Bild gestochen scharf. Sehr gut: - Einfacher aber effektiver "Sichtschutz" - Gewinde für Fotostative Die Audioqualität des Mikros habe ich bisher nicht geprüft, da ich das nicht brauche. Zwei kleine Kritikpunkte von meiner Seite: - Das Kabel könnte ein bisschen länger sein. - Die an sich gut konstruierte Halterung für den oberen Bildschirmrand klebt bei mir z.B. am Monitor nicht gut (weil eben nicht glatt). Da wäre eine andere Geometrie besser, die einfach oben aufgesetzt werden kann und auch ohne "kleben" stabil hält. Alles in allem eine sehr empfehlenswerte Webcam, die ihren Preis wert ist.
