Product arrived in a can that had some cosmetic damage on it - no leakage or product damage, though. Interestingly, this "cold" wax has to be heated before using per the instructions. So, why is it called a cold wax? There are two ways to heat the wax - heat the whole can in a pan or bowl of hot water, or remove some and microwave it (can't microwave the metal can). Either you end up trying to use wax from a hot metal can, or you make a mess in an intermediate container, which then has to be cleaned or tossed. Not the best process in the world. The product worked well on underarm hair.

Not nice as expected not suitable for medium hair

I ordered this product from Amazon, and I ordered the big cans. I received the small containers and the wax had basically gone bad. They sent me very old wax from a long time ago, it seems. This is the second time this has happened to me. I use these frequently and usually Ayur is a reliable product, but lately, their products have been letting me down. I don’t recommend this to anyone else.

The package received without any box or protection. I was amazed when I saw the product covering with rust. I thought it has expired but it hasn't. I'm still struggling whether I should be using it on my skin :(

The container was almost half empty. There was no seal and had rust on it. Looked like someone already used it and sent used stuff. I threw it away cause do not want to use the same container which someone else might have used

Product not working

I bought this from an Indian store for 1/3rd of the price here, this is a very messy wax and doesn't do the waxing job well. Doesn't remove hair in certain places even after multiple tries.
