I purchased this towards the beginning of my 2nd trimester because i had a lot of back and right side pain. It seemed to help however be aware you’re not supposed to wear it for more than 2-3 hours at a time. I was over wearing it at first which seemed to worsen the pain. Now i wear it only when i plan on standing for a long time to help support my posture. Works well

I am 25 weeks pregnant with my second. Both pregnancies I’ve struggled with sciatica making it hard to get my daily movement and steps in. I had a different belly support belt my last pregnancy that quite honestly didn’t work so I was hesitant to try another but wow my mind is changed! This belt is so comfortable and soft! I also feel secure and like it’s holding everything together and offering great support. My sciatica didn’t bother me at all so no pain during my walk today! I got a size medium which is perfect! I have room to grow still! I am already loving this 3 in 1 maternity belt and highly recommend giving it a try!

This takes a bit more getting used to how to put it on than my last one but provided more support than that did. Once you get the hang of it it's fairly comfortable. I wouldn't expect the version recommended for the first trimester would do much since it doesn't feel very secure until you put the larger back piece on but you honestly don't usually need to wear anything early on. I'd recommend trying it out, it's a good deal for the cost.
