CON-CRET + Test, Creatine HCl Capsules with Fenugreek Extract, Boost Testosterone Levels, 60 Count

Have been using Concrete products for a few months now and they agree with me better than creatine monohydrate. First time trying the + Test so haven’t formed an opinion on it yet.

I am a mid-50s guy. This stuff is helping me have more energy and better stamina. On the hot summer days in the Deep South, this supplement helps to put water in your muscles so that you will not cramp when outdoors working. I recommend trying this over other supplements because I can pop a capsule instead of mixing a powder. Test taste is acceptable as it goes away after drink enough water to wash it down. It is very effective.

I’m a bikini fitness competitor, and my coach recommended that I incorporate creatine into my routine, which I have done. I obtained my product recommendation from Hunter Williams. So far, I feel great and believe it is helping with my strength in the gym. I’ve also noticed an increase in my libido. Additionally, I optimize my testosterone levels for my hormone replacement therapy (HRT). I’ve seen a slight shift on the scale, which I would attribute to taking creatine. Overall, my experience has been very positive, although the product does have a funny smell.

Creatine is one of those supplements that are proven to work. As for this version by CON-CRET, I can only say that it seems to work for me. Like most other supplements, I would put this in the category of "try it yourself to see if it works for you" because your mileage may vary. I have been a regular user of the original CON-CRET creatine capsules, the one without the +TEST. I honestly can't say whether or not the +TEST has made any difference. I don't know if I'm supposed to feel the effects immediately or if I need to keep taking it for an extended period of time. That being said, the creatine part does seem to give me a strength and endurance boost. What I like about this brand is that you don't need to go through a loading phase. Additionally, the capsules are convenient in that no mixing with liquid is necessary. In my opinion, these two factors make this worth the extra cost you would pay over regular creatine powder. If I reach the end of the bottle and still don't realize any benefit from the +TEST, I will likely revert to the original CON-CRET creatine capsules.

Excellent supplement

I am not sure if its the HCL or the Testofen but the feeling I have when taking this product is borderline gut-wrenching. I feel uneasy, semi-light headed, periods of intense hunger. Just very odd experience. I also dislike the pill form more than I thought, which always feels like its not getting down. I can't speak for long term results but my body is not tolerating this product.

I prefer the pills to the powders, so this works great. Every time I go off of this product and then come back to it my muscles are noticeably harder. I’m not sure if I can lift any heavier or for longer when I’m on it, but I’m seriously positive about having firmer muscles when I take it regularly.
