Total Junk, Arrived Without Directions or Packaging
The parts of this product arrived in a non-descript shipping box without any real product packaging or instructions. There were two packages of stuffing (clouds,) a silver sheet, led strip with cording and a remote, a glue gun, and loose glue sticks. It’s not clear how any of this goes together. I’m extremely disappointed in this, as it was $189. If you’re going to DIY this anyway might as well save your money and get the parts separately and watch a YouTube video.

The media could not be loaded. We didn’t want to glue straight to ceiling, so we put foil sheeting in foam core first. I think it’s going to look great. I’ll have to post another video after we get it fully installed.

False advertising
DO NOT ORDER THIS. IT IS A SCAM.The product is advertised as over 16ft of cloud material. The package arrived with about only 2 ft of material (2 clouds), in a box with no instructions or receipt paper. The actual cloud is barely bigger than my hand. There is no contact information and no return address. It is a SCAM.

Product sucks
My son was so excited to get this for Christmas. We put it all together and it lasted two times before it completely stopped working. He is so sad. The stuffing also smelled terrible. It would be nice for this seller to make this right with my son.

Lights don't work. Since there is no packing slip or return info, I am stuck with worthless product!
