Fantastic product! I get periodic back spasms and end up just suffering through the day. This rechargeable back heating and massage worked great. I can select 1-3 different heat settings; but 2 is hot enough. I also will cycle through the 3 different massage settings to work through the muscle. Worked better than I expected. Very comfortable and secure to wear it and I am sure it reduced the duration of the pain. No problem with battery life.

This thing is awesome.+The velcro does a good job securing the wrap where I can easily walk around with this without it falling.+Heats up pretty quickly. It has 3 heat settings. The 3rd is really hot and I can only use it for a minute or so. 2nd is the sweet spot for sure and I actually end up sweating sometimes. 1st setting gets noticeably warm. Goodbye heating gel pads.+Vibrating/Massaging works well. Really prevents my back from getting stiff while I'm sitting at my desk, so after I get up after a long work session, I'm not bent over in discomfort. I even wore it while driving to the store to prevent that stiffness after the drive.+Battery life seems pretty good. Can get a few sessions in before needing to charge.Honestly can't think of any cons other than this not being able to do cold treatment, but that's crazy.

Instant venom to my terrible lower back pains. Relieves hours of torture in seconds. My man has a really bad back that keeps him from moving sometimes and he loves it too. Quality material, reasonable price, very fast heat and 3xmodes vibrations. Only drawback it the battery's short life and long charge time, and it's fielty to a charging source that is not universal. Most of their products like this will share chargers just fine. Just don't effing lose it!I feel like it lasts 45 min only, about 3-4 sessions. Maybe an hour, i can't say for sure. One size fits all, easy to put on, comfy and simple.

Great product. I love it so far. I play competitive volleyball and the unit helps keep my lower back warm in between matches, and afterwards. I highly recommend it. I’m 6’0” and 180lbs. the unit is a good fit with plenty of space for smaller/bigger individuals.

Works great. Only get 1.51 hours minutes out of it on settings modes 1 and 1 on the back wrap though. So I have two of these so now I got double the duration. Kinda expensive plus you have to keep swapping out for another wrap. I use them as a backup while my other ones. Which are ran by power banks are on the way in shipping to me. The expensive ones last longer but the cheap ones can be charged off usb or usb c while using it. For this reason the cheaper ones are suitable for portability or while camping. As I dont wanna bring an ac outlet bank with me everywhere

I felt like this was an overpriced toy. I ordered it on prime day for the sale knowing there were free returns. I tried it while healthy and was impressed with the heat it gave, but was disappointed in the vibration options. You can choose different patterns, but not intensities. I was going to return it because it didn't seem worth the money.I had a sore back from yard work and put it on and it immediately redeemed itself. I did not return and now between my wife and I, it is used every week. I truly believe using this prevents sore backs from evolving into something worse. If I'm about to start something that i know will put stress on my back, I'll wear it while working and my back never gets sore. It really does keep your muscles loose. I wish it was cheaper or had intensity options for the vibration patterns, but I do feel like this is worth having. I've Lent it to friends who were injured and they bought one after using it.

Works great. Amazing how hot it gets from a battery pack. Really does heat quickly.

TLDR: Massage feature is noticeable for smaller physiques, not good for bigger physiques. The heat works great, regardless of size. Fit is also great, and the overall quality is nice!Not suitable for bigger physiques. I'm 5'8 220lbs 19% body fat. My mom is 5'1 120lbs.The heating of this is great, doesn't get too hot but gets warm quickly. The consistency of it on your back feels nice.The main reason I bought this is for the massage factor, where I feel it incredibly lacks. Its as if an infant is smacking your back. Does little to nothing! However, for my mom, she feels every bit of the massage and loves this item. It fits both of us comfortably.
