Product is ok,shipping is the issue
Product itself is good, we have used it many times. However, this is the second time I have to return the items as it the flour box opened during the delivery.

Didn't rise as expected, not 1-to-1 replacement
Tried our usual recipe that works well with gluten free flour from Schar, but resulting pancakes were flat and runny, like the flour dissolved in the water, vs mixing with it and turning into dough.
