I rarely take the time to write product reviews, but this one, I feel, is deserving. It's really nothing special to look at. It's just a couple straps sewn together with loops at the ends for your hands, but what you don't really appreciate until you use it is how it affects your range of motion and how it lets YOU move in a way that is ergonomic to your unique body characteristics. I thought I'd use it to minimize wrist strain on tricep pushdowns, but I've ended up using it on a lot more. I bought the long one so I'd have more range of motion options and I absolutely love how it allows me to move my arms and wrists etc in a way that my body naturally wants to move in comfortably and the big payoff is it makes it easier to focus on the muscle group you're trying to hit. I use it regularly for cable rows and it's way better than a typical close grip or medium grip attachment because I can keep tension on my back and just let my hands and arms move naturally as I contract my back muscles. With a fixed attachment, I get a lot more bicep fatigue doing rows, but with this strap, a lot of that is removed because I can let my back do more of the pulling. I've also figured out a cable curl exercise with this that blows away isolation curls. The contractions are the best I've ever had for biceps. Of course, there are a lot of ways to use this for triceps etc. too, but that's kind of a given. My best tip to anyone getting one of these would be to do a lot of experimenting with your traditional go-to exercises using the strap and see what works for you. If your concentration is good, you'll probably be able to hit some muscle groups a lot better with this strap than with traditional attachments AND you should be able to do so without any joint strain. My second tip would be to get the long strap as it will give you more range of motion on exercises like rows or pulldowns etc. As far as durability goes, I thought it looked thin and kind of cheap when I got it, but it's, apparently, made of pretty tough stuff because I've used it a lot and so far, it shows no sign of wear. The price isn't cheap for basically a strap, but if it lasts me for years, then it's money well spent.

I don’t usually write reviews but wow this piece gave me the best pump I ever got from a tricep push down workout. Really stretches the muscle . Confortable and it feels solid material’s. USA made sealed the deal ñ.

These are interesting. They def do what they advertise. The are a little awkward to use at first. Better for lighter loads and using good form. The D ring is small, but holding strong so far. Time will tell.

I have my own gym, so since buying this, none of my other attachments have seen use. I love the design, the softer inside foam makes it very comfortable. I sort of fish my hands through the holes and keep it around my wrists during some pulling movements, which allows you to perform the exercise without really needing to use your grip strength. I find I further isolate my targeted muscles this way.Also great for just about every exercise in between, as you can position your hands however you’d like.To the creator, thank you for your service! I was happy to know I was supporting a veteran when purchasing.

Straps are perfect for gyms/home gyms and are the perfect length. Use them for many upper body exercises. No issues. Well made, durable and made in the USA. Veteran owned company as well. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed!!!

I love this handle for my back, shoulder and triceps workouts! The range of motion I'm able to feel with every exercise helps me target the muscle I'm working on! I have both the lit and the xxxl 5ft! It's so easy to carry in your gym bag and being along with you to the gym! The benefits of the handle design allows you to place your hands in a very comfortable position. This helps excessive stress off your elbows, wrists, and hands to achieve more comfort and feel the contractions. Definitely worth the investment!

Another amazing product by IPR! I fell in love with their Hip Thrust X pad so decided to try some of their other products and they just really hit it out of the park. This attachment is so multi-functional, you can use it for arms, back, abs, glute cable pull throughs, etc. The straps really allow you to focus on the muscle group you are trying to work because you’re not worrying about your grip. Without this attachment, I often felt my grip was giving out before the muscle group I was working did and I would try and use straps but on some exercises you just can’t. I love love love this thing. Super high quality and well made, as well. The company and its owner is the nicest, most helpful and professional I’ve come across in the retail industry maybe ever!

The D ring in this is not as beefy as my other sets and is already starting to warp. Also their is only one line of stitching. My other has two lines with a cross X in between making it much stronger. Also, there is almost no padding in the hand holds. Even wearing gloves it's a bit uncomfortable to use.

I use these in my commercial gym daily. Don’t hesitate and get them. Awesome product. It’s been months of commercial gym use and they still look brand new
