Jiose J500 Thermal Label Printer (Gray)

had my first one for about 2 years. never had an issue and liked it so much bought a second one so i don't have to swap label size as often.

Do not get this item. I had a faulty label maker. I did contact them and they said they would give me another label maker since the other one is faulty. And they have not gotten back to me or sent a replacement.

I've printed enough labels to go through the sample they give you and I'm very happy with the results! No smudging and no issues connecting. Exactly what I was needing for my small business!

It had SUPer easy setup, and quality is good, but not amazing, it works, yes, and it prints clearly.Everyone in a while you may have to print twice but if you have correct settings, it should be fine.

Printer just turned off and it won’t turn back on, waste of money

My unit did not come with the proper power cable. The power cord has the external power supply on it that connects to the printer then an input for a standard AC cable. My unit came with some strange barrel plug instead of an AC cable, theyre so common I had one laying around and didnt make it worth dealing with getting a new cord sent to me but just be aware theres every possibility of not being able to use this printer without extra supplies.Otherwise the printer works very well. Accepts folded labels and prints in perfectly acceptable quality. Certainly a deal if you're getting a discounted price at all.

I've printed maybe 100 labels total from this machine, and 90 of them were messed up in one way or another. You have to print them a specific way otherwise the labels come out pixelated and illegible.I usually keep it powered off by the power switch when I'm not using it, but I just went to go turn it on and the machine is completely dead. Will not turn on at all.. Stay away from this label printer, it's nothing but a headache.
