Perfect fit
Was a great replacement for my Ford Explorer 2003 after the teeth of the original part got stripped off

This did not work for me. It could control the seat but it does not stay on. So I keep it in the center console and when I need to adjust my chair, I use it, and put it back up. So technically it does work and may stay on with some glue maybe.

Feels like the original
Feels like the original. Shape and size is identical. But colour is just a bit off that when you look at it, it's very obvious that it's not the original part.
