Q: Do you get the same exact colors as in the picture?

That is a bad picture....the actual colors are very nice. These are the best gel pens around. I love them so much more than anything else. I use them so much that I now buy each color by the dozen. The only complaint with these are that they don't have more colors.

Q: Where can I buy refills for this pen?

I highly recommend jetpens.com. I just checked, and there is a refill in stock for your .25mm Slicci. I am a fan of this pen, and a big fan of jetpens.com -- have fun browsing!
