Extremely comfortable and effective
Most comfortable reusable pad I’ve used! The organic materials were the selling point for me; I feel very comfortable putting this on my body, knowing there are no chemicals against intimate parts. The pads come in a discrete black zipper pouch that is very handy. The pad itself is very soft and highly absorbent. They also wash very well. Highly recommend these!

Perfect addition to reusable menstrual products
I’ve been really happy with these reusable liners. They’re thin and comfortable but still absorbent enough for light days, and they work great alongside a disc. The grips on the bottom keep them from shifting, they wash easily, and the included pouch is such a thoughtful touch. I love that they’re made with organic cotton—comfortable, practical, and well designed.

Definitely better than regular pads!
These cloth pads are incredibly soft and comfortable, easily the softest reusable pads I’ve tried. They feel gentle on the skin and are well made with good absorbency for regular use. I also really appreciate that they’re reusable and come with a wet bag, which makes them convenient when you’re on the go. The only downside is that they take a bit of trial and error to get used to if you’re new to cloth pads. Overall, a great option if you want something comfortable, eco-friendly and high quality.

Regular size washable pad
Purchased period panties about a year ago for bedtime and loved them. So I really wanted to try these pads. They are amazing, soft. Comfortable and fit well although. The only downside is slippage, depending on the underwear they are paired with, they are much more comfortable when paired with cotton underwear. I love that these are reusable and not toxic!

Totally worth it!!
These are the most comfortable reusable pads I’ve ever used. I feel completely at ease using them, knowing there are no harsh chemicals near my sensitive areas. They come with a black zippered pouch, which is very convenient. The pads are incredibly soft, highly absorbent, and wash easily. I highly recommend them.

RETAINS ODOR BUILD UP
I’ve been using Aisle brand reusable pads for over a year now, but I needed a few extras and Aisle is more expensive. So I got these hoping for another reliable brand and hopefully pads that I didn’t have to readjust after going to the bathroom. However, these have been a little disappointing. On the pro side, they work, provide good coverage, can be machine washed and dried (they even held up to hot water), and they mostly stay put (only need to readjustment after going to the bathroom (from pulling undies up & down). On the con side, they want to roll up in the front and back (hence the readjustment needed), and, more importantly, they don’t deal with odor as good as Aisle. In fact, I’ve only been using the Pixies over the past 5 months—while rotating with my 1 year-old Aisle’s—and the Pixie’s have begun retaining a slight odor even after running through the wash on hot twice with vinegar. That’s even with pre-rinsing after use. Whereas, there is no smell to the Aisle’s. These seem like an affordable option upfront, and they do the job, but I’ll be sticking with Aisle. They last longer and stay odor free through lots of wears.

Great pads
I used another brand that is currently unavailable, so I decided to try these. These are thinner than my previous ones, so I need to change them more often. That being said, the fabric is very soft and doesn’t rub, and it also washes way better with minimal stains left. They also do not get stinky. All in all I give them 5 stars. I have an average flow, and I bought 2 sets to get me over my period without having to reuse them. I did order a night pack to have for the heavier day, but those things are HUGE! So I just bought 2 sets of the regular ones.

Slip around too much
I wanted to try some reusable pads for light incontinence to cut down on how many disposable pads I'm throwing away. I chose these due to high ratings and the fact that it supposedly has "grippies to prevent slipping" as stated in the graphics. Those "grippies" are hard and slick. They have no grab to prevent slipping. I've been wearing my first one for less than 3 hours and have had to shift it back into place 3 times already. They shift horribly. They may be wonderful regarding absorbency for my needs, but they won't work for me because of the shifting. I'd like to return but unsure if I can now that one is used. Waste of money for me.

I have had vaginal hell with disposable pads for donkeys years on periods, and with the oh so delightful odours and discharges from perimenopause and frequent utis. Even organic ones. Absolute no. My vagina was grumbly and complaining and demonstrating her contempt like a surly teenager only with a dry parched Sahara desert vibe lol. In desperation I tried to find reusable pads, small ones that are organic and not dyed, and saw these pale cotton numbers from Pixie and thought yeah I want some of that magic Pixie lady pads magic and bought them. Well, a few wears in and I'm not itching and yes still leaky and dischargey, and dry but the soreness and itching has died down, and it's such a relief, a bit like being forced to listen to boybands on repeat for thirty five years and suddenly getting a hit of Kraftwerk. They really are that good. I wash them in organic perfume free soap by hand and soak/rinse, and air dry on the shower rail, its just the right size to fasten them onto lol. No stain remover, no laundry liquid, no not when they go down there! I might try organic baby laundry liquid at some point. Yes it's a bit icky to wash them and not throw them in the dryer, but the softness, comfort, fit and a great reduction in sore itching makes them a must have. Thank you Pixie! 😊

Glad to find reusable pad with a cotton top layer. These were really comfortable to wear and was pleasantly surprised with how much blood they held especially overnight. There was also no leaking. Will be buying more.

These pads have changed my period! I used to hate normal plastic pads, they’d rub and leak, not to mention how toxic they are… but these pixie pads are brilliant, so incredibly soft, I’ve invested around £100 in reusable period products, pads, pixie cups, and they are brilliant. Feel so much more natural, they wash a dream, I just soak them in some oxi and warm water before putting them on a cold wash to get rid of staining, and they are like brand new! Just make sure you thoroughly air dry them before next use but they are so absorbent and comfy! I use the L ones on a heavy day, but they’re great at night too, no leaks! Cannot recommend them enough, definitely girl approved! 🥰

Lovely soft absorbent comfortable pads but I find they have a tendency to move a bit in the wrong underwear and the front bends down so you end up with it doubled up and bleeding or peeing on the back slightly but this hasn’t been a huge problem. They do stain easily being white if that bothers you .
