This book will impact your life!
This book has helped me refocus on the blessings in my life as well as focus on the changes that I'm making for my future. I love that it is short and sweet, but so powerful. I've actually purchased 10 copies to give to men that I know that would benefit from what Scott has done.

Gratitude and Motivation in 5 Minutes a Day
Scott Smith is the master of saying a lot with so few words that makes a huge impact on your life. This book is no different. Taking five minutes in your morning to work through a few questions and a thought to keep you through the day without flowery words or in depth reasoning helps you focus on what is important without the fluff.Geared for men with a no nonsense approach that is direct and to the point in typical Scott Smith style. While there are times I've found his style off putting, when I think about it later, I realize he's helping me focus and redirect my thinking to more productive and positive ways. So as a woman, I really love this book because doesn't talk down to me in a manner many similar books geared toward women do, but in a direct way that actually keeps me focused on the gratitude goal for the day.

A Better, Happier, More Grateful You in 5 Minutes a Day!
As I started reading this book it was becoming clear that it was, in a very comprehensive way, helping to re-introduce Me to Mel By guiding me, through thought and reflection, on a journey of gratitude about the things, people, thoughts, dreams, and more that I have to be grateful for in my life. But it goes beyond that by also helping you to reflect on how you can inspire and positively effect other people in your life as well.If you take just 5 minutes a day to go through this book and reflect on what’s being presented with an open mind, you will arrive at the end a more grateful, fulfilled, happy, and positive person. It is surely something that you will want to keep as a guide to re-read, update, and reference for years to come!(Note: I did receive an advanced copy of this book from the publisher and was excited to read it because I was very familiar with the way that the author, Scott Smith, has been inspiring and positively impacting the lives of countless people for over15 years!)

The perfect tool to stay on track with daily gratitude.
This gratitude journal is wonderful for many reasons. It gives specific prompts to guide the user into expressing what they are grateful for. The format is simple and does not overwhelm the user. Each page is filled with a little Scott Logic nugget and inspiration. My husband and I are both using it. I will be purchasing more as gifts for other men in my life.I received a free ARC, but was not obligated to write a review. My thoughts are my own. I love this journal. Thank you Scott!

Not just for men!
I started listening to the podcast several months ago. Scott has helped me change my mindset. So when I heard he was writing a book, I had to get it! When he said it was for men, I thought but what about me? I got the book anyway. I am loving it!The how to use this book starts with..."My life is good. I have a good job. I have a great family, a beautiful home, everything I want. I know I should be grateful...but...but...but...but..."Holy cow....that's me. All of those statement describe me too!I love the writing prompts to get me thinking about all I do have to be grateful for! I can't wait to finish it.Thank you, Scott! Love the book!

Wisdom and guidance ... without the BS
I’ve known Scott a long time, and know he has great wisdom to share. But when I got a review copy of his “5 Minute Gratitude Journal for Men,” I have to admit I was skeptical. 5 minutes a day? Really? What kind of results could anyone hope to achieve? Then I read the book, and was really impressed. I see how easily just 5 minutes a day could open the door to lasting change. The format of the journal (without a lot of writing required!) hits different levels of thinking and awareness, getting the reader to focus, take action, and anchor the change with a daily mantra. What’s most refreshing is that the journal celebrates men as human beings and encourages them to become their best selves. None of the “you’re male and by definition toxically masculine, which MUST change” crap. Instead, this journal honors men who are already doing good – and well – and guides them to change their perspective so they live deeper, better, more fulfilling lives.I highly recommend it.
