MT. CAPRA SINCE 1928 Iso-goat Whey Isolate Plain Unsweetened, 1 Pound

I started on the Keto program and don't eat meat so I was looking for a low carb, low sugar, high protein alternative. Came across Mt Capra products and bought three included the Goat Whey Isolate Plain. It makes really thick shakes that can be flavored with almost anything. I've used instant espresso, organic cocoa, and other ingredients. I've actually had to only use one or two scoops since it's so thick. I'm such a fan that I have already re-ordered some of the other products. Keeps me full for hours so I can also do intermittent fasting without struggling. It's a life changer for me.

decent product. has to be combined with additional protein if you are taking this post workout. According to Jerry Brainum, 40 grams of protein is required for muscle building post workout. So far its fine, I combined it with a plant based protein drink today which contains an additional 16 grams of protein. Nice effort by Mt Capra.

I'm in the midst of horrible gas pains after consuming this. I'm really disappointed that amazon doesn't allow returns on this product. I can't even walk right now due to gas pains.

I am sensitive to cow's milk, so regular whey protein products don't sit well with me. This is a great substitute. And I like that it is free of all the nasty stuff too :-). It does foam, so you may of may not need to make adjustments when blending or shaking. I use it in coffee, adding about 1/2 cup to the whey, blending with an Aero-latte, then adding more coffee. I can pretend it is a real cafe latte because it foams so well! I gave this a 4 star instead of a 5, because of the price. I really don't use as much as suggested, because of the expense.

This is one of the finest protein powder products I have ever used. The digestibility and the taste are second to none. Do not hesitate to purchase this product.

There is not much more to say about this. It doesn’t have any nasty artificial flavourings and blends into milk very well. I love it.

Mt. Capra is a great company. We have been using their Mineral Goat Whey since the 1990s. Just starting to use their ISO Goat Whey Protein and the Goat Whey Protein. If you have questions, call them and a real person answers the phone. Refreshing in this automated impersonal world of ours. I definitely like and use their products daily.
