Wow, we really love this stuff. My husband and I both take it because we heard organ meat is really good for you. Plus, I'm breastfeeding and my baby needs the iron so I figured this is a great way to get it, plus all the other nutrients from organ meat (which is great for babies, esp 6 months+). It says you can take it with just water, but I always eat at least a little something before and it always digests great. Never gotten indigestion or nausea or anything. It seems to be great quality and clean. Both of us feel more energized. Not drastically, but just good. The capsules are decently large but easy to swallow, I have taken 6 at once. I was taking 6 but decided to drop down to 4/day because I just intuitively felt it was too much as a woman who regularly eats animal protein. I'm about 5'8", 155lbs. My husband is about 200lbs and sticks with 6/day. These are not cheap but you get what you pay for, so we feel these are a good value and will keep buying them. Recommend!

Everyone should be consuming organ meets. They are so good for you!! These were great and easy to take but a little on the pricey side for a college student. It's also a bovine capsule in case you are Kosher

These are fabulous. The directions do say to ingest like 6/a day. I was doing 2-3 to make it make more sense financially. Definitely high quality. Zero taste which is great bc real liver when you make it smells and tastes pretty awful IMO. I have several health issues and these were definitely helpful!! Will take again when I can. A little pricier but worth it for a good product. I do love that you could adjust how many you'd want to take because everyone's body is different so there's room to play. If I want to start with one or two great I could work up from there if I want but I also wouldn't have to. Clean product and company. Product arrived with safety seal and in good shape.

I recently purchased this product and was very excited. However, I was disappointed to find that one of the capsules had broken open inside the packaging. As a result, the contents of that capsule spilled all over the rest of the capsules, making a mess and causing some waste. While the product itself seems promising, the capsule's packaging quality needs improvement to prevent issues like this. I hope the company can address this problem in the future to ensure a better experience for other customers.

I haven't been taking very long. Recommends 6 capsules. I take 2 capsules so I haven't noticed anything yet.
