These are amazing! Almost 2 weeks in and my nails (nubs) are growing! Ive always had weak brittle short naild that i would constantly bite. Over the past 5 years ive used acrylic as well which harmed them but these gummies that taste like candy have definitely improved them! You only take two a day but I always want more. They taste like strawberry gummie snacks and they have no vitamin taste to them. These are great. My nails feel stronger and I see some difference in my hair.These gummies have a great berry flavor. They have more flavor than the candy gummies (which I eat occasionally), so it was very tempting to eat these like the candy.😟😁🙄

Ooo I really liked these and so did my kids . Smelled really good . I liked the ingredients and will be buying more . Only thing I didn’t like was how easy the lid was to get off but I just hid them from the kids so they didn’t eat em all at once .
