Easy to use. Works with Alexa. Great for Christmas tree lights.
Comes with an app and it is connected to Alexa. Once you set it all up and name the outlet what you want it does what it says it does. You can also set a schedule for the outlet. Our outlet (Christmas tree lights) come on at 8:20 am and get turned off at 10:00 pm, if we leave the house we just tell Alexa a to “Turn off christmas tree” as we are walking out the door. No fuss. Great buy.

Amazing
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. This plug is amazing. I will definitely buy more for my apartment. So easy to install and works wonders. Love it!

Smart house
It took me less than 2 minutes to set it up and to connect it to my google home. Now I just tell Google to turn off the lamp and it does. No need to get up from my bed lol.

Awesome and super user friendly
This is my first smart plug and I bought this as a trial and I’m very happy with the purchase. It super simple to use and the setup is a snap. I use it with the air wick plugins to put it on a cycle. It works with the smart life app an can with other smart devices. You won’t be dissapointed if you get the smart plug I am surely going to get others.

Easy set up
Okay so just got it out of the box and read thru the little booklet-download the app and it pretty much walked me thru it! Super easy set up-I’m not totally bad at tech stuff but sometimes it gets confusing-NOT THIS! I highly recommend it and wanted to get a few more-but now I see they’re out and others are selling it at about 40$! I paid less than 8$! Although it’s great no way would I recommend them at that price-wait for my sellers to come back around- love this 100%

Life saver when you're away or working late
My Smart Life mini smart plug was easy to install and made my life easier while I was working late and my four dogs were home alone. I set it up on a timer on the mobile app and presto.

Perfect for the use-case I had
I've been trying to make my life easier, if not simpler, by adding Home Automation... while ensuring that my wife is along for the ride. I needed to make it so that a simple clamp lamp near my sofa could be voice controlled. I didn't feel like spending $20-40 on a smart bulb - although I have a few of those and love them. So, I looked for smart plugs and found this one for $10. It works with Google Assistant and it was relatively easy to setup. I do wonder how many devices will end up with IP addresses in my house, though :)

MAJOR security risk. Beware, beware, beware.
Wow are you kidding me?? Data security NIGHTMARE! The app you HAVE to install to get it working with Alexa requires permissions to your camera, photos, location, device id, call history, microphone, this list goes on. For a simple connector app it requires mountains of sensitive data! It even asks for a family name and a location on a map. Terrible idea! Also if you have location services off it will not complete setup. This is out of control! I installed the connector apps for a few competitor smart outlets I had used in the past and the app store installs the same app with a different name and icon. They all want it??? Will never buy tuya or jinvoo ever again! To make the risk manageable I set up the outlet and app on an old device that I saved for just such a disposable use, register using a 10minutemail, and when it forced me to turn on location data I set it to only allow Wifi and IP locating and connect through a vpn. Then after its connected to Alexa make sure to uninstall the app because there is a persistent chat "feature" hidden in the support section of the recommended app. This malware allows active connection with the device at all times and unsolicited messages from the vendor. It should not require all this to avoid a simple product that is greedy for security data! If amazon has any sway with these companies you should press it against them, promoting these is a great way to sideline your smart assistant in the emerging battle between Siri, google, Alexa and others.
