This is a great value for the money. Sturdy bowl that fits right onto my machine base and locks with a twist. I have used it many times now. It does get a tiny bit scratched in the dishwasher which will lead to a bit of a foggy appearance after some time. So if that bothers you, I recommend hand washing.

I was very upset when I broke my KA glass bowl. It was so heavy I thought I would give this a try. Came boxed very nicely just like KA does with it's bowls. Loved the weight. Put it to the test make a cheese cake that uses 2 pounds of cream cheese. Creamed the room temperature cheese for 10 minutes. It worked pretty fast but creaming well takes time. Handled all the rest of the ingredients also. It was fuller than the glass bowl would have been which I took to mean it was a little narrower. Now the disappointment- Even though I thought it was narrower. the Flex beater did not scrape the sides (at all). That means the bowl had to be scraped by hand half a dozen times while mixing. This is inconvenient but I think I can live with that just to have the lighter weight. I do have the stainless bowl, which is light, but I do like to see how things are mixing and like the pour spout. Over all a happy surprise if it holds up.

I love this mixer bowl. You can see all ingredients as you add them. Excellent with mixer and I love the handle which makes pouring so easy. I have only used once so far but I would highly recommend!

I thought I was gonna get an entire stand mixer, but I didn’t know I was getting just the bowl. Other than that, I still like it

So nice to have have a lightweight bowl with handle. Not sure if it will withstand time but enjoying it now.

I did bread and the bowl was perfect. By the time I finished kneading the dough the sides were clean of any residual dough. My #1 criteria whether I like the bowl or not. It also cleaned up with simple washing by looking like it had been newly polished. I was impressed to say the least.

Needed an extra bowl for beating egg whites when the original bowl still has cake batter in it. Like the fact that you can see through it. Like the handle.
