Update… little thing, but really frustrating.You must put something on the surface of the pan if you’re cooking anything that does not already contain fat (ie: bacon). I posted a picture with & without butter for omelette making. It may be Teflon, but don’t skip this detail.— original post —I’m a home cook and love to feed others good food. When my pots & pans don’t work as they should, the food suffers and I’m very unhappy. Burned, undercooked, or unevenly cooked food is no good. I did the research and took the gamble and decided to give Anolon X a try. It’s expensive and worth it. After cooking my first meal today, I’m TOTALLY HAPPY with this 10” & 12” pan set!Good to know:1. The smooth rivets for the handle are almost invisible on the inside cooking surface. (Thank you!)2. The Teflon is wonderful. Non-stick and super easy clean up. The directions are quite clear about NOT using cooking sprays on this surface. So no added “crap” to my otherwise healthy food. Use butter or your choice of oil for what you are cooking. The even cooking surface does keep the oil/butter in place.3. The “grid” cooking surface on the bottom of the pan is not as raised as it looks on commercials/pictures - and that’s a GOOD a thing.4. This is heavy, well-made cookware. This equates to even cooking temperatures end to end. You have the ability to cook at lower temperatures because of the quality materials and engineering of the pan.5. Strong words for my first cook time. I’m impressed but will update this review if anything changes.

Superior high quality constructed product, easy to clean no matter what it looks like when finished cooking. Well worth the price paid.

I purchased the Anolon X Hybrid Nonstick Fring Pan in August last year. The pan looks great but does not provide a non-stick surface. But the bigger problem is that I have tried to contact you by email and using their support systems but have never received a response except for the automatic - We got your support request and will get back to you in 3-5 business days. Well, it has been 4 months, and no response.

I have used this pan for 2 months.It is not a non-stick pan! However, it is very good for searing meat. Meat browns nicely and the oil used in pan for searing does tend to stay in middle of pan.Requires scrubbing to clean. I have found that Dawn power wash does a good job of loosening the congealed matter from the pan to make cleaning easier.As others have mentioned do not cook eggs in this pan. This pan is way too expensive for its limited utility.

Did not come with a lid but my old lid fit so no problem.Handle stays cool

Small pan arrived bent.Good for pan fried steak. Pan is not for eggs. Looks durable but will stick. Will have to scrub to clean.

This pan performs like no other non-stick pan I have owned. Oil really does stay in the middle of the skillet and it’s really easy to clean. Almost as heavy as cast iron.

The media could not be loaded. I like the weight. Just a tad lighter than my triply stainless pans. I love the nonstick qualities. The handles feel good. They heat up quick and evenly. Nice pans.

Great quality!! It’s not too small nor too big. We recommend it.
