Really helpful
My physical therapist uses this and so, as I completed my first round with him, I decided that the results were worth the price. It really helps with my pain and I’m glad I bought it.

I wish I had bought this a long time ago
This is way better than foam rolling and even better than a massage gun.

Great product
Really like this scraper and how compact it is. Took off a star because is I wish the oil bottle fit into the zippered bag so it could all be carried together.

Very helpful on sore muscles
I’m new to the idea of muscle scraping, so I don’t have a lot of history or comparisons on which to base my review. All I can say, is that this set is very good quality, and I’m quickly becoming a believer! We recently returned from a two-week vacation in which we did a lot of hiking in the mountains. There were days when I had some all-over soreness, but mostly it was my feet and my neck/shoulders (I was carrying a backpack) that ached the most. I wish I would have had this with me on the trip, but now that we’re back and I’ve resumed my normal exercise routine, I’m still feeling some of the aches that started on the trip. The Gua Sha has helped both my feet and my neck, and it’s so easy to use. I did go to the company website and do a little reading on how best to use the tool on different body parts, but it’s pretty intuitive. The biggest lesson for me was to avoid applying too much pressure. I’m used to using foam rollers where it seems the more pressure, the better, but that’s not the case here. Just some back and forth motions, sometimes in combination with flexing the muscles, does a world of good. The scraper is nice and heavy, and is easy to hold. It can be held in different ways to apply pressure using different sides of the scraper. It comes in a sturdy, zippered carrying case, and also included is a tube of gel and a cloth.

Gua Sha Set. Excellent quality. Pricey.
The overall presentation and quality of the gua sha tenders a professional aspect to this set. An excellent travel/storage case matches the exquisite design of the gua sha. It’s visually attractive as well as designed for effective performance. The gua sha is composed of quality stainless steel, with precisely machined construction. It has a center cutout for easy handling, which is further enhance by a textured design for better gripping. The gua sha has excellent tactile qualities, with good heft. The product set includes the stainless steel gua sha, small towel, massage gel and travel/storage case. Attached are photos to show real world images of the set, with a ruler for size reference. Various angles and closeups are provided for an overview of the gua sha. This is a premium level gua sha offering, with a corresponding price point. The cost of $120 put it at the higher end of the price range for gua sha sets. However, you are getting a well designed and manufactured massage implement.Considering the components of this product set, and the collective design and quality, it garners a 4.75+ star rating, with a very high level recommendation.

Excellent Product to Target Pain
This is an excellent set for muscle scraping. The metal scraper tool feels super solid and durable and is very easy to hold and maneuver with the metal ridges that provide for an ergonomic grip of the tool. The gel that comes with it allows it to glide over the skin and target specific muscles. It comes in a high quality carrying case and has clear directions for use.I have been to chiropractors who use similar products and this looks even more professional than the ones they use. If you haven't experienced the sensation of muscle scraping (Graston Technique), read about it and you'll probably be intrigued at the really cool benefits of it. I had it done to me for the first time by my chiropractor and it was definitely not a pleasant experience, but it did remove knots in the tissue in my wrist that were causing tendonitis and carpal tunnel syndrome. For that, it was worth going through the temporary pain. It was also done to me without the use of gel (if I'm remembering right), so that always makes it a less comfortable experience. It is really important to drink tons of water after doing this. I'm not qualified to say why it is so necessary, but I assume the body is in need of more resources to rebuild the tissue after the slight physical trauma scraping causes.
