I believe these only turn on at night, which is somewhat helpful except I would like it to appear like my vehicle is secured at all times of the time. They seem to work 99% of the time at night but sometimes they don't turn on. I haven't noticed a pattern as to why they are on sometimes and not on at other times.

Junk. Both worked for one or two days then nothing. The stickiness doesn’t work, the Solar charging doesn't work. I really wanted them to work. They are cheap but please don’t waste your money on them. I had to bin them.

Okay, I was skeptical at first! After reading several reviews that this was a POS, I still said what the heck...at this price if it stopped one perp from messing with my beloved truck, it was work hundreds (even thousands) to me! I put it on my dash in a spot that it appeared to be wired into an alarm system and waited to see if it works. It has been faithfully blinking for a long time and even shows up on videos from my security camera system. Has it stopped a punk from trying a break-in, I don't know but what the heck, it gives me some sense of security since my high-priced alarm system went south on me? Was worth the six bucks to me!

I purchase these like disposable goods as they are fragile and tend to die or come apart after about 6 months to a year. That being said, they seem to be effective as a first line of defense against the roaming car prowlers in my blue city where drug dependency and the associated crime on other people's property are now considered a right. I have watched drug addicts veer away from my blinking car like wildlife from pepper spray. Car theft in itself doesn't worry me, as I have several ways in place to make my car immobile, but I use these as a way to avoid break in attempts in the first place. I consider this a cheap, added layer to avoid costly insurance deductibles. It also seems to motivate other drivers to keep their shopping carts, kids and cars from getting too close to my paint.

Purchased in April 2024 noticed it Stopped working around January 2026. Can use some durability improvements Replacing the battery is probably not economically practical.

I purchased this for a lengthy road trip I was planning to take. It is bright, easily applied to the windshield, and looks 'real'. After I got this little gadget, I read my manual. Guess what - I already have an anti-theft device from the factory. While the factory anti-theft is not visible, this one is. You can't have too many anti-theft devices - even if one is only a decoy.

Update: February 2025 Still works great. Still solar charges. Still lights for over 10 hours. Im truly impressed as my car lives in the sun. Never shaded. So I've had this for a month now. It's stuck firmly to my dashboard and has not warped in the super hot tropical sun. My car sleeps in the open and isn't under any cover in the day time. Temperature reaches 35C with car interior temperature approaching 50C. This coupled with bright hot sun does not seem to warp the housing. Solar charging lasts throughout the night. Couldn't be happier. I'm going to order more soon.

It only lasted about 2 weeks and began to stop working even when fully charged. The price should be way less. It was easy to use and place in the spot I wanted and it looks great when the light blinks. It's brighter than. My otginal car security light but due to the low life span of this device it's not worth getting.

So far it’s effective deterrence for bad intentions people towards your valued vehicles who has nothing else better to do in life.

I had high hopes for this product, but it did not meet my expectations. I was disappointed with its performance and cannot recommend it based on my experience. Overall, this purchase has left me feeling quite unsatisfied.
