Much better than the memory foam options IMO. Foam ones mold to your feet but seem to go flatter and flatter the more you wear them. With this insert that doesn't seem like it will happen nearly as fast if at all since its a gel.On my feet in a factory for 8+ hours and have seen a much bigger improvement with foot aches since getting these. Think I may have to trim around the heel some though as my heela start to feel pinched or numb by the end of the shift. Couod be my shoes too though.Regardless, I recommend these for the price and overall improvement on aches I was having.

These are a low-volume, low-profile pair of insoles probably best for performance/athletic shoes and tight-fitting casual shoes. With thin, lightweight yet high-density foam these insoles are high-quality and help give your feet extra comfort and support. With moderate arch support, these insoles are good for those with flat feet and can slip easily into any shoe. You'll definitely notice a nice difference with these.

I use them in my Asics Gel Resolutions and after about a year, the toe does wear a little but you won't even notice it unless you take them out. These are awesome! I’m on my feet 8-9 hours a day in my job. They totally cushion and protect my feet, entirely and in my arches, from being sore at the end of my work day. I highly recommend this product!!

Better than the insoles that normally come in shoes, but would rather have the gel only next time for more cushion. The hard plastic under midfoot and heel for support are not ideal for comfort, takes time to break in. Next time I'll purchase an insole with no hard support underneath for max comfort.

The older Air Plus inserts I had bought previously on Amazon, were much better.

This had been recommended by a disabled paratrooper as the only one that worked for him. It has made expensive shoes usable for me. Several expensive inserts made my feet hurt more but these comfort my feet and my wallet.

These are my husbands favorite inserts! And thank god because inserts are usually super expensive!He wears different shoes every day and I buy these for each pair! You can’t beat the price!

These are really great insoles, I have tried a few different insoles over the years and these have by far been the best. They are relatively expensive (there are other brands more expensive though). I am on my feet a lot at work and these ease the pain, and also I had a bad foot last year and my doctor recommended buying some shoe insoles so I got these as they were the only ones Asda sold at the time and they helped me a lot. I bought some more on Amazon because they were cheaper and although they had to come from America so they took a while they were definitely worth the wait. Well packaged.

This fit my size 13 feet perfectly. I had a pair of Levis shoes which looked nice, but the insole was utter garbage. In a matter of months, I was in pain wearing the shoes and thoguth I'd give these inserts a shot and I've had them in for a few months now and they work incredibly well. I wear them almost daily and they are so comofortable. It's turned a pair of shoes I would never want to wear into ones I regularly choose because they feel great.

The design is good up until the metatarsal pad. This is universal size meaning size 7 to 13 and cut to fit however the metatarsal pad is placed if you were size 12/13, anyone with normal size feet between 8-10 the metatarsal pad is not at the ball of your feet but at your toes which provide absolutely no cushion or support. I returned them immediately.

Bought for my husband. He says that these have definitely helped aid his recent heel pain. Claims that these are very comfortable, fit well in his size 13 Pickleball court shoes. Definitely an aid in feeling less pavement impact to his heels. A good purchase at a terrific price.

Purchased these insoles for the indoor court shoes that I'm using for different sport activities. These are very comfortable and soft while providing good balance.
