I'm sure these would probably be fine but they were too large for me to take. I bought 2 bottles and one bottle had never been opened but they would not let me return them. It still had all sealed packaging on it.

These help me gently fall asleep, and I get restful sleep.

So I bought this because I watched some tik tok video and figured out which of the millions of different kinds of magnesium would benefit me. 61, post-menopausal female. I gotta tell you, I was a little moody, had zero energy and when I say zero I mean some days I would stay in bed til I had to go to work, and do that for a few days till had enough energy to cook and get things done.
