Used with my battery pack for camping Worked perfectly
When I use this I run my CPAP with the heated tube turned OFF,, and the humidity level set to zero to conserve electricity and get a full nights sleep.. but I have a smaller battery pack. if you have a 300 plus you could probably use those features

Works On my Airsence10
I tested this with my Aimtom Rebel400, with this dc cord I used it at home for 3 nights over 8 hours all three nights and still had over 55% battery left. With my cpap standard wall plug plugged into my Rebel400 after 2 nights of just under 8 hours of use each night I was down to 24%. So using this power cord, I am confident to say using this cord with my Aimtom Rebel400 it will power my Airsense10 twice as long then just using the standard ac power cord. I am happy with my purchase and would recommend using it to get more days of use out of your battery generator!

Does What it's Supposed To Do
I purchased this 12V power cord for my AirSense 10 CPAP but specifically to use with a Jackery Portable Power Station so I could use my CPAP on camping trips. Tested it in my bedroom and it seemed to work just fine. I actually bought this based on a recommendation from someone that the 12V charger would consume less energy than the standard wall outlet but after a test of both, I'm afraid the standard plug was a bit more energy efficient. No biggie...I'm sure the 12V will come in handy sometime down the road.
