Feels the difference. Good product and worth the money!
I have been using for a while and its effective, we feel it and for me personally doesnt have any side effects. Pill size is big but that doesnt mean its hard to intake.

You should only be taking omega 3 for best efficiency.
While the product is as described. It is generally counterproductive to take omega 3-6-9 as the inflammatory benefits are based on the omega 3 and 6 ratio. With omega 6 being so common in today's diet, it would be more efficient to take omega 3 alone. Especially because omega 9 is useless when it's already produced by our own bodies.
