I bought the 1-lb size of this product after being dissatisfied with this brand's roasted salted option, and my wife and I are very glad that we gave them a try with their unroasted product! We're getting a 5-lb bag this time!We received a bag of mostly whole macadamia nuts - raw and unsalted, as advertised, and large, which was wonderful! We roasted them in the oven at about 250 for around an hour, stirring them every 10-15 minutes, and they came out great. We also tried them raw, just for comparison - they tasted fine, we just much prefer them roasted.Pros- Large, and fairly consistent size- Not packed in oil- FreshCons- The bag was 0.5-oz short when weighed. Not really the end of the world, and it doesn't bother me terribly. I will update this review if I find this to be happen consistently.- There were about half a dozen halved nuts. If you want 100% whole nuts, just pick out the halves. Or pay someone else to do it. I ordered the pecans and these macadamia nuts from this company. The pecans are great but the macadamias are most definitely rancid and taste awful.

I eat a ketovore diet. I’ve given up most dairy but love homemade keto hot cocoa. This was my first experience making a nut milk. It was so delicious I plan to make some vegan yogurt with it. It’s a delicious substitute for cow or goat milk

They were just a little stale, but most pirces were delicious.

Awesome price. Not whole nuts, so actually cook up better in the pan and are crunchy.

Not only were these the smallest macadamia nuts I’ve seen, but they smelled like chemicals the moment I opened the bag and tasted absolutely rancid. The packaging started they were good until 2025 but they were definitely off! I recommend staying away from this deal, it’s too good to be true unfortunately.

Compared to We Got Nuts, these Sincerely Nuts are smaller with fewer whole pieces for snacking but less expensive, just as tasty, and much easier to chop for my family's favorite curry chicken salad recipe. Very pleased!

Taste stale. Small halves instead of large whole nuts. Disappointing.
