Easy to install, but never could connect to Wi-Fi app. So stopped trying. Only need it to alarm while at home anyway. Don’t care when not at home.

I was very excited to get these to use in my garage. As i do a lot of woodworking and cnc work, sometimes cutouts take a few hours. out the box the look very sleet visually. The instructions that came with them are in another language but on the product amazon page is a step by step image you can follow. Only setback is it only works on 2.4ghz WiFi so i had to use a device that used it to add these to my network. but these give me a extra peace knowing i have extra security if i need to step out the garage.

Tried several times to make the two I bought to react to smoke and fire but impossible. Even set a small fire in a sauce pan with paper but none of the detectors went off.

This was very easy to install. I simply removed my old one and wired this one in. It also comes with the electrical nuts you need for safety. It works well, and beeps when working correctly once you have installed it.
