I recently installed the YoLink Water Leak Detection Starter Kit, and it has been a fantastic addition to my home. This device constantly goes offline. I rebooted my router, ensured that I was on 2.4 ghz, uninstalled, reinstalled, etc. I did everything I could think of and also did what tech support told me to do. It was a waste of money and is subpar. I have reached out to Yolink for a full refund. They wanted to send me another new device but I declined. This device is only 2 months old. I do not believe anything will change. It was easy to install but it is not worth a 5 star. Only 1 star. I would not buy any products from this company again.

We keep one of these near a floor drain in our garage to detect when a drain pipe becomes blocked. So far it has worked perfectly, recently alerting us to call the plumber before any of our belongings got wet. 5 stars, would buy again.
