It works pretty well. It's kind of sticky at first... But after using it for UPC ring-ups for an afternoon, you get the hang of it and you have a nice scanner. This one is quite a bit cheaper than several others we have. It does not operate as well as ones 5 times more expensive.... But I'm saving a lot of money; that's a good thing.... Also, the power cord is a standard one you can replace if necessary for just a couple of bucks. When setting it up, you have to have the print-out insert. You need to scan specific bar codes in a specific order. It took me a while. I'd never done anything like this before... but I finally figured it out... Suggestion: read that insert thoroughly before you begin. Study it well. It holds the key to operation.

First -- This is a good product for the price. It won't compare to the ~$400 Motorola wireless barcode scanners, but does a pretty good job overall. This, however, appears to be the same CT-10 scanner that's sold by others for half the price on Amazon and elsewhere. If you look at the design and colors of a few of these units, it almost looks like they just swapped colors (some have a light top and grip, dark around the USB plug/laser window; others are nearly the opposite). Instructions were better than the other CT-10 scanner that I bought for ~$35 though. (Appears to be the same, however I have no specific knowledge if it is the same except for the case color).

The barcode scanner works better than expected for the price. My only issue with the unit is a very sensitive trigger. So sensitive that the beeps it produces (in my tool bag) is somewhat annoying. I am very happy with the unit otherwise. My suggestion is to add a trigger lock.

Great product- we have had this scanner for 3 months now and even with daily use performs at 100%. The trigger doesn't get stuck like other scanner we've had. Although the instructions provided were a little confusing I called the company and the tech walked me through the set up.I highly recommend the product and company!

Don't know if it is the sync problem or what, Sometimes it won't upload the data to computer even the bluetooth shows connected. I have to disconnect the bluetooth adapter and reattach it to make it work. It is a great device when it syncs.

When you plug it to the USB port, it's ready to use, but the Bluetooth setup it's somewhere near impossible.

Works perfectly with our Windows 8 Notebook computer.
