One of the best in market
Below are the pros and cons which I have experienced after using the product for 3 months Pros: 1. Fully Automatic which makes life ease. 2. Clothes are washed properly 3. Customer service is also good. 4. Power consumption is less 5. In-built wifi which makes us to track the washing cycle Cons: 1. Plastic box which is underneath the machine to cover the motor is coming out frequently. 2. Need to buy an extra pipe if ur product is placed a bit far from the water tap. 3. Need to buy an extra module so that the tap and washing machine pipe gets connected for smooth water flow.

It's been a week since the purchase and the performance quality is great. Operated it on inverter and good efficiency. Instructions are quite simple along with the usage process.

Machine is very good
Machine is good, easy to install no extra parts, performance wise it's good, there are various modes available as per your needs, value for money can be controlled by Samsung's app, soft door looks good too but looks don't matter

Machine stopped working after 2 months
I bought this pathetic machine, which stopped working in less than 2 months. Now the machine part is not available in while Gujarat state. Its been 10 days, and no solution by samsung. Think before buying samsung, parts are not easily available in market.

it is very easy to operate. it makes very less noise. it had wifi connectivity so you get notifications on your phone about it's status.

Review on receiving the washer
1. Paying extra for Wifi option is of waste. For us to use the Smart Control (from the app) we need to go to the washer with our mobile press the option for WiFi ( Smart Control). If we have to go to the washer I would turn on the wash from the Machine why need WiFi and app to do that. 2. Before buying top load make sure you have the water drain in your house on the floor level. The top load doesn’t push the water out if the drainage is located little higher. If that’s the case we need to keep the washer higher for the drain water to flow out from the outlet. 3. After washing: does not remove lint properly. All the lint was on the clothes.
