Perfect for TYPING, NOT for Mouse.
Great! Removed typing discomfort on left hand when I typing, also great for when you're on WASD for gaming. I don't recommend it for mouse use - due to it moving off the mousepad, get a Deltahub Carpio 2.0 instead. I use a RAZER Strider XXL so I'm not sure how convenient it is without an extended mousepad to glide on (if you're on a bare desk).

Eliminated hand pain!
I was having horrible pain in the right side of my hand from working too much with the kensington trackball mouse - this elevated my arm and alleviated all of my pain within a week!

Takes up too much space and makes my arms sweat
These things take up a lot of space between the keyboard and front edge of the table.I have to leave almost a foot of dead space between the keyboard and table edge to have enough room without constantly having them fall off the edge of the table.Ditto for using a mouse, especially if gaming. I use a 3 monitor setup and they took up way too much room to be able to slide around freely, space I'd normally use as mouse territory. But, the worst thing was that with the pads being made of plastic the constant contact made my forearms sweat. Then, once the seating quickly started, the pads would stick to my arms when I picked them up. Those pads should have been covered in some kind of fabric, maybe microfiber.A pair of these things was a complete waste of my money.

Not right for me
Nice quality item but not for me. It ended up hurting more than helping to relieve my wrist pain.

Works!!!
Love this wrist rest for my keyboard- I can slide around with it on the table and it alleviates the wrist pain.

Works great!
I was having a lot of wrist pain, and was in the fence about trying this, however it works amazing- haven’t had pain since I started using it. I like that it slides easily.

Weird
I'd say this could be good for gaming, under the right circumstances. It's very niche. You need to make sure you have a lot of space and play typically with you arm floating over your desk. It didn't work so muck for me because I rest my wrist towards the edge, and would periodically slide like half of it off the desk. I'm going to keep trying with it, but creatures of habit, you know?I could see a lot of application for this if you are a coder, or typist of some sort. 2 of these one to support both wrists. It would allow you to quickly move your hand from the mouse to the keyboard and keep a comfortable height while giving you good support. The four skates at the bottom are good enough at reducing friction that all the micro movements you make while typing won't be impeded. It hasn't really been beneficial to me, but I can see a definite use for it.
