Could be a lot better.
Couldve been a lot better honestly, notch holes dont even line up so my buckle sits diagonally when its not in use. and even the spacing between each notch hole is off as well. Buckle material seems alil fragile for something thats suppose to keep your lower back and abdominal wall secure and it doesnt even clip all the way, seems like it could pop off at any moment which is dangerous if youre doing a heavy lift. The leather material seems fine just needs to be broken in a bit and its alil stiff which is normal. Other than that i feel like you could get a better belt for the same or alil more price. Its your money vs your protection at that point, pay $50-$100 now and save +$1000 when you dont gotta go to the hospital.

Excellent quality
Ordered these awhile back and didn't want to review till I had it for some time. Still working just as good as day one and gives a sturdy support to brace against on my lifts. 10/10

The only thing I don't like is when I sumo deadlift I sometimes hit the ...
I got both the x-small and small. The x-small fit me, and I have between 27-28 inch waist (depends on the time of day -__-). The only thing I don't like is when I sumo deadlift I sometimes hit the quick release lever. That is a fault in the style of belt, not the belt itself. I'm glad I got the belt.

Great first belt
This is the first belt I’ve ever had and I love it. Lever is super easy to use and fits nicely after adjusting the screws. Been using it ~3x per week for the last 14 ish weeks with no signs of wear or tear. Super durable and easy to use!

Great belt. Fits true to size. Very sturdy. quick release buckle is AWSOME. I would recommend it to anyone looking on increasing their deadlifts and squats.
