I put mine in orange juice can’t even tell the difference. What I’m upset about is no where on the box does it say it only has 3 cfu until you open the box then it says on the packets that’s not near what you need. So I don’t think they are trustworthy and only wanted to trick you into buying there product. Glad it wasn’t the at expensive.

The product is easier to dissolve in water, even ice water. I'm not sure about the instructions that say one should use it once or twice a day. I just started using it today so I may have to edit my review. The taste is not as expected. I would prefer a little more non calorie sweetener, such as peach tea or lemon. I'm
