Charge the bms and battery after hook up and the bms wakes up.
Everything works. Gotta hook up charger to p+ p- to wake up bms then the bms reads voltage at P- P+

These were great. Don't foreget to wake them up after assembly with a charger or a 12 volt battery.
I built some battery packs out of old 1860 Lion cells I had laying around. One thing to be aware of is that once you put it together you must hook it up to a 12V charger or battery to wake up the BMS. I didn't know this at first and though they weren't working. The size and shape are perfect for making a battery pack inside a PVC pipe with caps.
