I rarely ever write reviews but I had to for this one. This is a very well made kettle. Multipurpose & easy to use. It does everything that the product guide claims. But there’s one thing it does that no other kettle can do, at least the many I’ve used to date, it can brew India tea with milk (yeah!) to a reasonable strength. I am one who needs really strong tea in the morning- can’t function without it and this little kettle gets pretty close to making that for me. I have carried this one on trips and did not have to visit a single Starbucks anywhere anytime. It is very easy to clean. I use a bottle brush to clean out the steel filter. It is well made and sturdy. Trust me when I say this - BUY IT.

I have used the kittle a few times. It is very good, and easy to use. The only concern I have is the price. It is a bit high comparing with similar products.

After using it for a while, there's some slight rust on the bottom. It's not completely stainless steel. I'd like to see it updated with a heat preservation function in the future.

We needed to replace our electric tea kettle and for some reason landed on this one. When it first arrived and I opened it up, it honestly felt very daunting. I wanted to use all the functions, not just boil water. After some research and youtubing I've come to find that this thing can do just about anything. So far I've made steamed egg, oatmeal and even steamed a cake using a mug cake recipe (it took a while but came out so moist). I would highly recommend this for anyone who needs to make small portions, or anyone who lives in a place without a kitchen, this can do all the cooking without a stove or an oven. Despite all these other things it can do, I feel like the actual purpose of this kettle (and something that other kettles can't do) is to make herbal Chinese medicine by keeping the water just at boiling (not over boiling) over a long period of time, and then keep it simmering at a slightly lower temp. This process would also be amazing for any sort of food that requires a long/deep simmering period like congee/jook or pho or oxtail soup. Again, highly recommend for anyone who wants to cook home made meals but in small portions.

I recently experienced a significant issue with the teapot I purchased approximately two years ago. While I initially enjoyed using the product, I recently encountered a serious safety hazard during what should have been normal usage. Two years into ownership, the teapot unexpectedly broke into pieces, posing a risk of injury. Despite having used it without incident for an extended period, the teapot's structural failure is both disappointing and alarming. I narrowly avoided injuries from the shattered pieces, highlighting a clear safety concern. The product did not meet the expected lifespan and safety standards, and I am deeply disappointed by this unexpected and potentially dangerous incident. I have reached out to the company's customer service to report the issue, attaching photographs of the damage for their reference. This experience has raised questions about the overall quality and durability of [Your Company]'s products. I am hopeful that the company will take swift action to investigate and rectify any manufacturing defects to prevent similar incidents for other customers. In light of this incident, I cannot recommend this teapot, and I strongly advise potential buyers to exercise caution. It is my sincere hope that the company addresses this matter promptly and prioritizes customer safety in the future.

I've been looking for a stew pot because I always want to make some herbal tea and soup for my whole family, but I don’t have enough time to stand-by in front of the stove. Fortunately I met this kettle which is designed for Asian people in America, 1.5L is large enough for my whole family, with stew/ tea/ soup/ dessert, etc 9 functions working in 110V, time and temperature are all programmed, with the recipe book come with both Chinese and English language, I just need to fulfill the stew pot with ingredients and pour water in the kettle, then choose mode, leave it there to do my housework and return back whenever I’m available, the soup is ready for me. I purchased some ingredient packages on Buydeem official shop which is already packed with the certain herbal I don’t need to find them around the market and measure how much I should use. And my husband can use this to make loose-leaf tea with the stainless steel infuser. It’s safe and convenient. A little tip: you need to clean the connector with a dry cloth or the kettle might don’t work if the connector is damp.

Perfect for herb teas. I love the multiple functionalities that separate heating/ boiling and warming temp. And time. Easy to use and clean. Excellent product!

This product is good so far. It brews tea, cooks great asian dessert items, and easy to clean.

Worked well and very useful

Love the decent design and quality especially the Preset function. It makes the morning easier. It will keep warm at 70c for 2 hours and reheat is fast as well.

I had an issue with the base and Rika sent a replacement right away. Follow up was great!

It is a cleverly designed and programmed multi-purpose kettle for making various beverages, in particular Asian herbal tea, and double-boiled stew as described in the manuals provided. The kettle is surprisingly light weight but is made of durable materials including DURAN glass, and food grade 316 stainless steel. I have been using the kettle for 3 weeks , and am totally happy with it. Users are advised to clean the kettle thoroughly after each use as scaling starts to build up easily on the stainless steel bottom, This could be the result of the local water and Asian herbs/ food ingredients employed.
