Gotcha!: A Safari Guide For Young Explorers Hardcover – Lift the flap, 4 October 2022

This book is one of the most beautiful picture books I own. It is like touching paintings. The fun little flaps to find hidden things is a treat for my child. The only downside is that the book itself is huge and hard to fit on my shelf. I highly recommend this book and now want to buy everything from this author. A true art piece.

My little daughter is 3 years old and a little macabre and loves things like the nightmare before Christmas, Coraline and paranorman…. and she loves this book!!! (and the others done by the same author). Great oversized ‘lift the flap book’ with great illustrations, not to scary but a fun book to read, normally ‘lift the flap’ books are aimed at small children and are a little babyish, not this one, it’s fun and Engaging and a little creepy, if you like that type of thing then you won’t be disappointed! Check out the authors other titles too, although some are in French and haven’t been translated over (hopefully they will at some point)

This is a Christmas gift and even after placing something heavy on top it is still warped.
