I bought After Ate to help with my digestion after a big, or late meal. I frequently get upset stomach if I eat something rich, particularly if I eat after 6:00. I’m happy to say that in the week I’ve been using AE, I have not gotten the upset stomach. A side benefit is more firm bm’s . Though that is not a stated benefit, I’ll take it!

I took this on a cruise last year after picking it up at Walmart. I was nervous it would not work. As a bodybuilder I have a very clean diet and I am not accustomed to eat like the average American. Everything that I eat is clean. No additives, no sauces, all very clean. No grease or sugar. So when I do something out of my norm like go on vacation where I don’t have the choice to treat my body with the food it deserves, I have to take enzymes. These helped me process all of the food on the cruise. I did experience a bloating at all. I just naught more because I am going to Rome and I am hoping it provides me with relief as I eat things I’ve never eaten before.

As someone who experiences constant discomfort in my stomach after I eat anything with dairy or anything oily, this product is truly a game changer. For starters, I became accustomed to looking like I was 9-months pregnant after eating some of my favorite foods due to heavy bloating. My stomach would literally balloon up and I would suffer through the pain. I was recommended this product and was a bit skeptical because I have tried many alternatives before that did not work… I am so happy that I gave these pills a chance because they actually do work! I am now able to go to a restaurant and get the foods that used to irritate my stomach because all I have to do is take one of these pills after I’m done eating and the discomfort fades away. Not to mention, they look and taste like mints. I would definitely recommend this product!

Helped digestion, but expensive for the amount you get- only 30 pills…other brands give you much more and work equally well. 😞

*updated 6/2/23* After my review posted, the company reached out and offered me a FULL refund. They were extremely pleasant, and even offered a possible explanation for why my body reacted so negatively to this product, which may actually help me get to the bottom of my existing tummy troubles. Absolutely blown away by the incredible customer service! Because of the reaction my body had, I give the product 1 star. But the customer service was definitely a 5 star experience, which is why I gave my rating of 4 stars. I tried this for a few days, but I have to stop. I thought I had a stomach flu from how severely my stomach hurt. On top of that, I bloated the worst I think I ever have. Horrible horrible horrible. And, it’s my fault for not checking before I bought it, but this product is not eligible for a refund, so now I’m stuck with almost an entire bottle that will just be thrown away. It’s possible that I’m the exception, as most people seem to be giving positive reviews. But just be aware, this reaction is a possibility. I’m so disappointed; I thought this would be my miracle based on the reviews of others. Also, it tastes TERRIBLE.

I have a dissacharide deficiency and these are the only enzymes I’ve tried that are 100% effective. I will use these forever.
